Larry Elder is an American conservative political commentator, radio host, author, and attorney, born in 1952 in Los Angeles, California. He practiced law in Cleveland, Ohio and became a prominent talk radio host with "The Larry Elder Show," which gained national syndication. He has worked in television, including hosting "Moral Court," has entered into political campaigns, most notably in the California recall election of 2021, and was a 2024 presidential candidate. Known for his conservative and libertarian views, he focuses on issues of personal responsibility, limited government, and economic freedom. He is also the author of several books.
